Food Inflammation Test (FIT)

The Food Inflammation Test (FIT) is a unique assessment tool that goes beyond standard food sensitivity tests, which often rely solely on IgG antibodies. While IgG tests can indicate immune inflammation to food antigens, they also reflect exposure, making it difficult to determine whether a food is truly inflammatory. The FIT test combines Immune Complement (C3D), an immune tagging system, allowing for accurate grading of inflammation caused by different foods.

Additionally, the FIT includes a Gut Barrier Panel that measures key markers, including Zonulin, Occludin, and Lipopolysaccharides (LPS), via IgG + C3D and IgA subtypes 1 and 2. This comprehensive approach not only provides insights into food-induced inflammation but also identifies potential issues such as leaky gut and gut dysbiosis, empowering you to make informed dietary choices for better health.
